ABOUT

Between the business need and the technical reality.

I work where business expectation meets technical constraint — from hands-on infrastructure to running end-to-end IT service delivery. This page is about how I work, and why that way.

For more than twelve years I have worked between business need and technical reality — from hands-on enterprise infrastructure in banking, retail and manufacturing environments, to leading end-to-end IT service delivery for enterprise customers across organisations with hundreds of technical specialists.

I see AI not as a demonstration but as a new way to notice, decide and get work done faster — provided it is embedded in a real process, with real boundaries and a human who stays accountable.

HOW I WORK

No presentation fog. Proof that it runs.

Technology is worth exactly as much as it makes a decision, a job or a responsibility easier.

A

Map the system

Business goal, services, teams, risks and the real constraints — without assumptions.

B

Design the path

Priorities, ownership, architecture, automation, and a way back if something goes wrong.

C

Prove it works

A solution earns trust only once it is tested in the real environment and can be operated.

D

Hand over control

Documentation, runbooks and the knowledge your team needs to own it after I leave.

PRINCIPLES

Four things that do not change

  • I am not a reseller and earn nothing from selling hardware or licences — recommendations do not depend on partnerships.
  • Every engagement ends in handover. The goal is a function that runs without me, not a dependency.
  • If the problem is not the one you asked me to solve, I say so immediately — even when that means a smaller engagement.
  • Results are measured before and after. If the numbers do not improve, that is also an answer.

FAQ

Common questions

Do you work alone or with a team?

I deliver the consulting myself. Where the work needs more hands — a migration or a rollout — I work alongside your team or your chosen suppliers, taking on the coordination.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes. An NDA is signed before any detailed discussion. For the same reason there are no client names anywhere on this site.

What size of organisation does this suit?

Usually companies of 50–500 people and public sector organisations. Smaller ones often need fractional IT leadership; larger ones a focused assessment.

Do you work remotely and with clients abroad?

Yes. Most work is remote, in English or Lithuanian.

A short conversation about context usually shows whether I can help, and which service fits.
