CONTACT

Start with a short conversation about context.

The most useful first contact is not a request for a proposal but a few lines about what is going wrong. That usually shows whether I can help at all, and which service fits.

WHAT TO WRITE

A few lines about the situation

No specification needed. Enough: what problem keeps recurring, how many people it affects, which systems are involved, and what you would like to achieve over the coming months.

  • Situation
  • Scope
  • Timeframe

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

A short call, then a proposal

The first call is 30–45 minutes, free and without obligation. If it looks like I can help, you receive a scoped proposal with a timeframe and a deliverable.

  • 30–45 min
  • No obligation

WHO I WORK WITH

Where this helps most

If your case does not fit these, write anyway — I will say plainly if I cannot help.

  • Mid-size companies (50–500 staff) with no IT manager, or a small IT team
  • Public sector organisations working under formal procurement
  • Remote and international clients — work conducted in English, remotely
  • Companies needing an independent assessment before accepting a supplier proposal

FAQ

Before you write

Is the first conversation chargeable?

No. The first 30–45 minute call is free and without obligation. Its purpose is to understand the context and say whether I can help at all. If I cannot, I say so immediately.

Which languages do you work in?

Lithuanian and English. Documentation and reports are produced in whichever is more convenient for your team.

Do you work remotely?

Yes. Most of the work is remote; on-site visits are arranged separately where the work requires it — an infrastructure assessment, for example.

How quickly do you reply?

Within one working day. If the matter is urgent, say so in the subject line.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes. An NDA is signed before any detailed discussion of your situation, if you prefer.
